TO ENTER SERVICE MODE [BY REMOTE CONTROL]
- Enter digits [0 > 6 > 2 > 5 > 9 > 6] in sequence by remote control; directly followed by 'Menu" button. [do not allow the display to time out between entries, while keying the sequence].
WITHOUT REMOTE CONTROL
- Short jumper wires [9631] & [9641] on the family board, and apply AC power. Remove the short after start up. Do not set it shorted after start up. It might ruin the memory IC.
Entering the SDRAM by shorting these wires said above will over ride +8V protection. So do it only for a short period of time.

AAABCD-X.Y Is the software identification of the main microprocessor.
- A = Project name
- B = region: E > Europe; A > Asia Pacific > U = NAFTA > L = LATAM
- C = Software diversity
- D = Language cluster number.
- X = Main software version.
- Y = Sub software version.
- S - Indication for Service Mode.
To 'store' the adjusted value to memory, use the "Power" button, either on the remote control, or at the front panel of the TV
To 'Exit" service mode, set to 'Standby' by pressing [Power] button on the remote control transmitter of at the front panel of the TV. [ If the television set is made OFF by unplugging the Main Power Cord, the set will remain in service mode when AC power is re-applied.
